TSOAD Chapter 15
I was huddled in a corner of a dark room, thinking. When Chase had kissed me, I was suddenly stuck with an ominous feeling. As if something was going to happen, to destroy our bond.

“Eva.” Chase walked into the room and pulled me to my feet. My body felt sore from the previous battle.

“What is it?” I asked.

He led me out of the room. “There’s something I want to show you.”

A few moments of silence passed as I followed him. Finally, he said “Do you remember the Lao Mang Lon soup I drank?”

“Yes,” I answered immediately. Of course.

“Would you trade your soul for eternal youth and
Mother Nature Rises
Mother Nature rises from the deep
She looks around and begins to weep
Her heart aches with grief and pain
Her tears become sheets of rain
They pour onto the polluted ground
Her treasures lost, never to be found
Mankind wrecks and destroy
As they forget everything, even joy
The beauty of nature, the love for plants
Blood is spilled, the bloodthirsty hunt
Continues on unstopped, hurting others relentlessly
Yet even as her tears fall unceasingly,
A patch of clam remains among the raging motion
A tiny oasis amidst a stormy grey ocean

Mother Nature rises from the deep…
Hall of MirrorsA smile. A giggle. A flash of colour.

“Wait!” I yelled, chasing after her. My reflections copied my movements, running along with me. Then I smashed into the cold surface of a mirror. White-hot pain flared. I steadied myself, touching my swollen nose gingerly.

Yet another giggle sounded, coming from somewhere in the darkness.

“Who are you?” I cried. “How do I get out of here?”

Silence now. I collapse on the ground, beginning to despair.

“Are you sure you want to get out?”

This look nice! Practise do improve in drawing. I think this look the best among the deviations you had submitted. The person proportion is all right and it really help to make it a good drawing. Colouring for the sunset look Ok and this drawing look clean and neat, so I say this deviation is rather good!

Some thing to improve will be:
If you can do some merging between the colours of the sunset.
You can use ur hand ( not very recommended but I always do that. It is the easiest way but it will hurt your fingers)
Can use eraser to rub off the colours and then use ur fingers to smear the colours.
Can use water. For me, I will use water colourpencil. After colouring, use a paintbrush and wet the drawing with water. I recommend to use thick paper so it will not spoil your drawing.

This is just some tips and drawing skill I try on my own.

:wow: That is so beautiful!! :+fav: I would love to see this picture with the colors blended. Have you ever thought about going over it with a blending tool???

And no, I haven't as I don't have any sort of painting software and I can only use the computer three times a week...(Ah my sad sad existance....)

Well, if the original picture is a drawing then what you could do is take a thick tissue, and carefully rub it on an area that you want blended.
